TAKE Mushrooms

 T.A.K.E Mushrooms is a local, family-run, gourmet mushroom farm out of Lebanon, OH that has been in business since November 2023.  They start with liquid culture and make their own grain spawn and substrate blocks to grow over 20 different strains of mushrooms.
